The Project
Ferrara Talent Playground
Regional Law February 14, 2023, no. 2 “Attraction, permanence and enhancement of highly specialized talents in Emilia-Romagna.”
Ferrara Talent Playground aims to provide young talents with not only professional but also personal opportunities, embracing all dimensions of daily life. The city thus aims to be an increasingly welcoming place for citizens and families. The project targets both university students from Ferrara and talents from other Italian cities but also from abroad.
Companies in the area will be able to use the project to identify specific skills they need, also through links with international universities. This allows the companies to promote job opportunities and the benefits offered by the Talent Playground program.
